The following are the terms and conditions that make up our delivery policy.

Shipping processing time:
All orders are processed within 1 working day. If we experience a large order volume, deliveries may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you by email or telephone.

Shipping prices & delivery calculations:

Shopping above 60€:

Free of freight

Delivery time depending on location and national toll and customs regulations. 

Shopping below €60:

€4 for shipping within EU and the UK.  Duties paid.

Delivery confirmation & order tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped with your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately at: info@dakmatter.com. Save packaging materials and damaged items before making a claim.

Return policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our unopened products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase for a refund. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

It may take up to 2 weeks to process a return/refund. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
    •    The product was purchased in the last 30 days.
    •    The product is unopened.
    •    The product is in its original packaging.
Products that do not meet these criteria can not be considered for return. Please contact us through info@dakmatter.com

Shipping charges
Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges. The customer is responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping.

Sales Tax and Duty
Any sales tax and duties charged for purchases made outside Sweden cannot be refunded.
